RX is a digital platform that connects companies with verified recruiters and recruitment agencies. Companies post job openings, recruiters place bids/offers based on their expertise, and once a bid is accepted, they collaborate directly to fill the role.

RX helps companies reduce recruitment costs, find specialized recruiters, and fill roles faster. It combines the flexibility of freelance recruiting with the structure and transparency of a managed platform.

Recruiters can access active job opportunities from verified companies, place bids based on their expertise, and grow their income by working flexibly and independently.

When a company posts a job, all verified recruiters are notified. Recruiters can then submit bids that include their proposed rate, delivery time, and service scope. The company reviews bids, checks recruiter profiles and ratings, and selects the most suitable partner.

Companies subscribe to post jobs and access bids from recruiters. Packages vary by the number of job posts, duration, and features like priority listings. Recruiters start with free 2 credits, that are only deducted when their bid is accepted by a client.

Each recruiter includes their proposed fees and payment terms within their bid. Once a company accepts a bid, both parties manage payments directly according to the agreed terms. RX does not process or hold any payments between clients and recruiters.

RX ensures transparency and quality through verified recruiter profiles, ratings, and feedback after every job. RX also ensures all jobs posted on the platform are posted by valid and verified companies with active legal entities.

Every recruiter or agency is reviewed by RX before activation. Verification includes identity checks, experience and profile validation, and, for agencies, company legal documents. Any profile edits after approval are subject to review to maintain quality.

After closing a job, companies rate recruiters based on professionalism, communication, and results. These ratings appear on recruiter profiles to help future clients make informed choices and reward top performers.

If a client is not satisfied, RX reviews both sides of the case. Jobs may be reopened for new bids to ensure fair results, and repeat issues are tracked to maintain platform quality.
