Recruiters start with free 2 credits, that are only deducted when their bid is accepted by a client.
Each recruiter includes their proposed fees and payment terms within their bid.
Once a company accepts a bid, both parties manage payments directly according to the agreed terms.
RX does not process or hold any payments between clients and recruiters.

Every recruiter or agency is reviewed by RX before activation.
Verification includes identity checks, experience and profile validation, and, for agencies, company legal documents. Any profile edits after approval are subject to review to maintain quality.
After closing a job, companies rate recruiters based on professionalism, communication, and results.
These ratings appear on recruiter profiles to help future clients make informed choices and reward top performers.
If a client is not satisfied, RX reviews both sides of the case.
Jobs may be reopened for new bids to ensure fair results, and repeat issues are tracked to maintain platform quality.
