Welcome to RecruiterX (RX), a recruitment marketplace (owned by The PM Office) connecting companies looking to hire with vetted and verified expert recruiters and recruitment agencies.


By registering or using RX, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.


Definitions

              •            “Platform” / “RX” / “RecruiterX” refers to the digital recruitment platform operated by RecruiterX.

              •            “Company” / “Client” refers to any organization or individual using RX to post jobs or hire recruiters.

              •            “Recruiter” refers to any individual or agency offering recruitment services through RX.

              •            “User” refers to both Companies and Recruiters collectively.

              •            “Job Post” means a recruitment requirement listed by a Company.

              •            “Bid” / “Offer” means a proposal submitted by a Recruiter in response to a job post.

              •            “Accepted Bid” means a Company has selected a Recruiter to work on a specific job.

              •            “Credit” means a bidding token purchased or provided by a Recruiter that is deducted only when their bid is accepted.

              •            “Subscription” means a paid plan that allows Companies to post a specific number of jobs on RX.


Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RX, you confirm that:

              •            You are at least 18 years old.

              •            You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

              •            You agree to comply with all RX terms, policies, and applicable laws.

 

If you do not agree, please do not register or use RX.


Platform Nature and Role

RX is a neutral online marketplace.

              •            RX does not act as an employer, agent, or intermediary for either party.

              •            RX does not process recruiter payments. Companies and Recruiters agree on payment terms directly between themselves.

              •            RX’s responsibility is limited to providing the digital platform, managing subscriptions, credits, communication tools, and access to verified users.


Account Registration and Verification

  For Companies:

              •            Companies must create an account, select a subscription package, and provide accurate company information.

              •            RX reserves the right to request business verification documents.

 

  For Recruiters:

              •            Recruiters must register as individuals or agencies and provide accurate data including:

              •            Personal details or agency information

              •            LinkedIn URL

              •            Domain expertise

              •            Proof of registration (if agency: commercial register and tax card)

              •            RX manually reviews and approves all recruiter profiles before activation.

              •            Recruiters editing key fields (name, domain, or agency details) after approval may trigger revalidation.


Job Posting and Bidding

              •            Companies may post jobs based on their active subscription plan.

              •            Each job post must be genuine, legal, and accurately described.

              •            Recruiters may browse available jobs and submit bids that include:

              •            Proposed fee

              •            Delivery timeline

              •            Expected number of candidates/CVs

              •            Experience and justification for fit

              •            Recruiters cannot submit spam, irrelevant, or duplicate bids.

              •            Recruiters credits are only deducted when a bid is accepted by a Company.


Recruiter Credits and Packages

              •            Each recruiter starts with 2 free credits upon registration.

              •            Additional credits may be purchased in bundles (5, 10, or 20 credits).

              •            Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

              •            Credits are deducted only when a bid is accepted.

              •            Priority bid placement is enabled for 10+ credit packages.

              •            Credits are non-refundable, except in exceptional system errors verified by RX support.


Company Subscriptions and Job Packages

              •            Companies must have an active subscription to post jobs.

              •            Packages differ by number of job posts, validity period, and priority listing.

              •            Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

              •            Companies pay RX for platform access, not for recruiter services.

              •            Recruiters are paid separately by Companies under mutually agreed terms.


Recruiter Workload and Quality

              •            Recruiters may work on multiple active jobs based on their credit and package limits.

              •            To ensure quality, RX may restrict the number of simultaneous active jobs per recruiter.

              •            Recruiters are encouraged to submit relevant, vetted candidates only.

              •            Quality of recruiters’ work is validated by the hiring clients and recruiters will be rated after closing the job affecting the recruiter profile and reputation on RX according to their quality of work


Payments Between Companies and Recruiters

              •            Companies and Recruiters agree on the recruitment fee, payment terms, and timing directly between themselves and is confirmed by a client accepting a recruiter bid/offer.

              •            RX does not collect, process, or hold any part of these payments.

              •            Common examples of acceptable terms include:

              •            “Payment upon candidate joining”

              •            “Partial payment upon shortlist delivery”

              •            RX is not liable for non-payment, payment disputes, or late payments between parties.


Refunds and Job Credit Reopening

              •            RX will not issue monetary refunds for subscriptions.

              •            If a Company closes a job without successful hiring, it may request job credit reopening for reuse.

              •            If a client didn’t commit to the agreed payment term with the recruiter, recruiter can request regaining the deducted credit.

              •            RX reviews both sides’ feedback before deciding.


Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback

              •            Upon job closure, both Companies and Recruiters may rate and review each other.

              •            Feedback contributes to overall reputation and ranking.

              •            RX reserves the right to remove false or abusive feedback.

              •            Low ratings may result in temporary suspension or revalidation of recruiter profiles.


Dispute Handling

              •            In case of disagreement, both parties should first attempt to resolve it directly.

              •            If unresolved, RX Support may mediate by reviewing messages and feedback.

              •            RX decisions are final but non-binding legally, as RX is not a contractual party in recruiter-client agreements.


Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

              •            Post fake or misleading jobs.

              •            Submit plagiarized or spam recruiter bids.

              •            Exchange or complete deals outside RX to avoid credits or subscriptions.

              •            Share personal contact details publicly before bid acceptance.

              •            Misrepresent identity or qualifications.

              •            Upload viruses, scripts, or harmful code.

Violation of these terms will result in suspension or permanent ban.


Intellectual Property

              •            All RX trademarks, logos, graphics, and platform content are the property of RecruiterX.

              •            Users may not copy, redistribute, or resell RX materials.


Data Privacy

              •            RX collects only necessary information for account creation and communication.

              •            All data is handled according to the RX Privacy Policy.

              •            RX follows local and international data protection standards.


Liability Limitation

RX provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:

              •            The success of recruitment processes.

              •            The accuracy of information provided by users.

              •            Continuous platform uptime.

 

RX shall not be liable for lost profits, payments, or damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.


Account Termination

              •            RX may suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

              •            Users may close their accounts anytime through settings or by contacting support.

              •            Inactive accounts may be deactivated after 12 months.


Changes to Terms

RX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.
