This policy defines how bidding works on RX and the rules that ensure fair, transparent, and high-quality collaboration between companies and recruiters.
By using RX, you agree to this policy and the RX Terms & Conditions.
Purpose
RX connects companies with skilled recruiters through a fair, credit-based bidding system that rewards specialization, speed, and results.
Eligibility
Only verified recruiters and agencies with active accounts and available credits can bid.
Each recruiter can have a limited number of active jobs to maintain focus and quality.
Credits
• 2 free credits upon approval.
• Credits are deducted only when a bid is accepted by a client.
• Packages: 5, 10, or 20 credits (valid for 12 months) can be purchased later.
• Unused or expired credits are non-refundable.
Submitting a Bid
Each bid must include:
• Proposed fee or commission
• Expected delivery timeline
• Relevant domain experience
Recruiters must submit personalized, relevant bids only for roles they can realistically fill.
Spam bids, copy-paste proposals, or mass low-effort submissions are strictly prohibited and may result in credit loss or suspension.
Bid Acceptance
When a client accepts a bid:
• 1 credit is deducted automatically.
• The recruiter gains access to job details and can start working.
• The client gets access to the recruiter contact details for ease of communication.
• Deliverables must meet agreed quality and timelines.
Work Quality
Recruiters are expected to maintain professional standards in all submissions:
• CVs must match job requirements.
• Communication should remain clear and professional.
• Repeated poor-quality work, irrelevant CVs, or unresponsiveness will lead to warnings, ranking penalties, or suspension.
Off-Platform Deals
All communication and payments must remain within RX.
Working with clients outside RX for posted jobs violates platform rules and will result in account suspension and credit forfeiture.
Job Closure and Feedback
After completion, clients will rate recruiters.
Feedback helps maintain platform quality and may affect recruiter visibility.
Disputes
If issues arise, both parties should communicate first.
If unresolved, RX Support will review and make a fair decision based on available records.
RX’s decision is final for platform-related matters.
Updates
RX may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of new terms.
