I have 15+ years of hard work in the field of Human Resources in 5 respected organizations in Egypt. Initially, I worked for a short time in the Personal Department and it was easy to reach the ceiling, then to started working in the Human Resources Department in all sections (Recruitment, learning, Com&Ben, performance appraisal management, etc....) but I didn't reach the ceiling. Because when any problem is faced by the organization that is a new challenge to the human resources (PEOPLE) in the organization and I'm on top of them, we must solve the problem This is the basis for Human Resources, my work. I participated in the Establishment and Startup of the Human resources department and I saw the problems, challenges, and RESISTANCE to change that I faced from some managers and employees in changing (Policies, Procedures, new software (ERP), projects software, and culture even face recognition device, ETC…….). I helped a lot of Newcomers to achieve their tasks and responsibilities in the shortest time and the best quality of work, but in fact, they helped me to change and work together to resist what others want to demolish. The change is painful and problem-solving is not an easy game, but if we have the intention to change, everything can be done.
